- For the first 24 hours after a flip the price stays where it is.
- After that it drops by 10% a day, but never below the tower's starting price.
- Every payout is calculated from the price the tower is actually bought at.
Example: you bought a tower for 100, so it is now listed at 130.
| When you get flipped | Price paid | You receive | Your result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Within the first day | 130 | 115 | +15 |
| After 2 days | 117 | 103.5 | +3.5 |
| After 3 days | 104 | 92 | −8 |
Why the price drops:
- expensive towers don't get stuck forever, so the city keeps moving;
- buyers hunt for towers that have gone cheap;
- an owner knows that time is working against them and has a reason to act.
