Example. The whole city is owned, total weight 125. You hold a Corporation with weight 2, so 1.6% of all owner income is yours. Someone buys a Legend for 130,000. Owners get 9,000 of that, and 144 of it lands in your balance. You did nothing for it.
The more flips happen in the city, the more every owner earns.
