Say a tower is listed at 100 and the next buyer pays 130. Here is where the 130 goes:
| Where | Out of 130 | Share of the price paid |
|---|---|---|
| Previous owner: their 100 back plus 15 profit | 115 | 88.5% |
| Income for every tower owner in the city | 9 | 6.9% |
| The Vault | 5 | 3.8% |
| Burned | 1 | 0.8% |
The 30 on top is split two ways. Half of it (15) is the previous owner's profit. The other half is spread across owner income, the Vault and the burn.
The same first flip, class by class:
| Class | Buyer pays | Previous owner gets | Of which profit | To all owners | To the Vault | Burned |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ Legend | 130,000 | 115,000 | +15,000 | 9,000 | 5,000 | 1,000 |
| Giant | 65,000 | 57,500 | +7,500 | 4,500 | 2,500 | 500 |
| Corporation | 26,000 | 23,000 | +3,000 | 1,800 | 1,000 | 200 |
| Company | 13,000 | 11,500 | +1,500 | 900 | 500 | 100 |
Every share is calculated from the price actually paid. If a tower is bought at a discounted price after decay (see below), the previous owner's 88.5% is 88.5% of that lower price.
The first purchase of a tower
When a tower is bought for the first time there is no previous owner. Their share is split in half: one half is burned, the other half goes into the Vault.
| Class | Price | Burned | To the Vault | To all owners |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ★ Legend | 100,000 | 45,000 | 48,100 | 6,900 |
| Giant | 50,000 | 22,500 | 24,050 | 3,450 |
| Corporation | 20,000 | 9,000 | 9,620 | 1,380 |
| Company | 10,000 | 4,500 | 4,810 | 690 |
If the whole city is bought out for the first time (1,250,000 tokens in total):
- 562,500 tokens are burned;
- 601,250 tokens go into the Vault, so the prize pool exists from day one without a single coin from the team;
- 86,250 tokens are paid out to owners.
